Physical Therapy

Jeffrey earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from California State University, Long Beach, and went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy from West Coast University. During his early clinical experiences, he witnessed hundreds of individuals struggling with fear of movement, uncertainty about their condition, and one-size-fits-all treatment plans. Many were working hard but still falling short—not due to a lack of effort, but because they lacked a plan tailored to their specific needs.

Those experiences shaped Jeffrey’s comprehensive, exercise-based approach to care. He believes that effective physical therapy begins with listening. Every person has a unique story, and Jeffrey prioritizes understanding each patient’s individual goals and challenges. His treatments combine pain science education, evidence-based techniques, and collaborative planning to reduce pain, restore confidence, and enhance long-term performance.

Outside the clinic, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his wife, playing basketball, and staying active through functional weight training.
