Hello! This is Hyena Rehab LA. If you haven’t already, please fill out your intake (emailed) prior to your first appointment, and bring your ID. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

IMPORTANT: Please use Google Maps for directions. If you’re coming from the South or West, Google Maps may route you into a cargo train delay. To avoid this, enter “Hyena Rehab LA” as your destination AND add “N Marianna Ave & Valley Blvd” as a stop. When you arrive, please enter the gate code, 9411.
If you accidentally get delayed, turn around first, and then add the cross street mentioned above. Please report this issue to Google to change its default route! Thank you.
PARKING:
Turn left after entering. Park in spaces 27–30, in front of the waste container (not on Tues/Fri), or in the handicapped spot if appropriate. Go to the nearest door and take the elevator to the second floor.
We have a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. No-shows and late cancellations will result in full charge of the session. Please call or text if you need to change your appointment.
