During your initial assessment, we will determine suitability for therapy, analyze mechanical and non-mechanical factors that may be contributing to your condition, and establish a treatment plan.
We can generate Superbill for insurance reimbursement! A card on file is needed to book, but you can pay through Zelle, Venmo, credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA, or cash.
